Our Butler Township Elementary – Middle school is a modern building and is part of the Hazleton Area School District. A new STEM school has been constructed in Butler Township and MMI Prep private school is 12 miles away in Freeland.
Are there recreational facilities?
Butler Township has Little League fields, basketball, indoor basketball courts, a senior center and day care available
No annual sewer, water or association fees?
Each site is approved for your development of on-site sewage and your own well. There is a policy for architectural approval for your design with a minimum of 2000 sq. ft. of living area. There is no homeowners association.
